Professor David Chan, Professor of Psychology (School of Social Sciences) and SMU Vice Provost (Research, Graduate Studies & Faculty), delivered an invited keynote session on the relationships between research and public policy, to 200 researchers and staff of the Ministry of Education at the Annual Research Seminar organized by the Ministry's Education Programmes Division held in Singapore in October 2008. more
